NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Te Hunga Rōia Māori o Aotearoa, the New Zealand Māori Law Society (“THRMoA”) will be held online via Zoom on Saturday 29 August at 3:00pm.

Ordinary Business

Financial Statements & Executive Committee Reports
1. To receive and consider the Financial Report of THRMoA for the year ended 31 March 2020 together with the reports of the Tumuaki and Executive.

Election of Executive
1. To consider and, if thought fit, to elect the members of the Society Executive as required under THRMoA Rules.

Discussion on THRMoA membership
1. Presentation of findings of Membership Committee; and
2. Discussion on THRMoA membership.

Ordinary resolution

An ordinary resolution is a resolution passed by a simple majority of members present and voting at the Annual General Meeting.
