Seminar – Tikanga and Te Reo Māori in the Courts and Tribunals

Part Two of our Seminars with the Waitangi Tribunal

Te Hunga Rōia Māori o Aotearoa is honoured to partner with the Waitangi Tribunal to jointly host our second seminar for practicing Members and Non-Members to gain practical litigation skills.

Our Part Two seminar will be held in Wellington at Cliftons Conference Centre and available to watch online as well.  It focuses on the use of tikanga and te reo Māori in the Waitangi Tribunal and other Courts/Tribunals. The forum is designed to provide practical guidance on the incorporation of tikanga and te reo Māori into legal arguments and the preparation of cases.

Participants can expect a full day workshop run by Judges and senior litigation practitioners for a total of 6 CPD hours.  Registrations in person are limited!

CONFERENCE RATES & HOW TO REGISTER

The members’ rate is $200 for the one-day seminar held both in person and online.

The non-member rate of $600.
